The following build tools are provided to assist those rebuilding AppWeb from the source code.
WinTools
WinTools provides a set of binary programs that are used when building AppWeb on Windows. WinTools are a subset of the CYGWIN UNIX emulation environment for Windows, and you can either use WinTools or download the full CYGWIN toolset from http://www.cygwin.com.
We use these tools so that we can use identical procedures to build AppWeb regardless of the development operating system.
